System Shoring

A modular shoring tower built from Ø65.0 mm posts and H1 ledgers, carrying wet concrete slab loads down to the deck below through U-head jacks, primary beams and adjustable base jacks.

Star Flange Node

Built to Carry Load Straight Down

Shoring posts run Ø65.0 mm and carry a 8.0T star flange measuring 120 × 120 mm. The heavier post and flange are what separate shoring from access scaffolding: the tower's job is vertical load transfer, not providing a walking platform.

Five post lengths — P-17, P-12, P-08, P-04 and P-02 — combine with screw-adjustable base and U-head jacks so the tower height can be tuned to the slab soffit on site.
